Music Class Policy & Rate

Please make your check payable to HOPE SCHOOL OF MUSIC, tuition is paid monthly and due the 1st of the month.

Holidays:

  • September 7 LABOR DAY
  • November 23 – 27 THANKSGIVING BREAK – NO LESSONS
  • December 21 – January 3 WINTER BREAK – NO LESSONS
  • February 15-19 FEBRUARY BREAK – NO LESSONS
  • April 11 – 15 SPRING BREAK – NO LESSONS
  • May 30 Memorial Day

Event Commitment:

Students commit to attend all HSOM concerts and events.

Cancellation:

Due to the group class feature (the facility is used, the human resource is used, the time is used) there is no credit, no makeup if the student cancel the class for whatever reason.

Cancellation before 24 hours notice must follow up with a make up lesson at another time. Only sudden sick or other extreme circumstances within 24 hours can be make up later too. No emergency with in 24 hours cancellation will lead to a none refund of that tuition.
Termination:

A written explanation of the termination of your lesson need to be submitted 2 weeks before if you want to stop the lesson.
